if work of professional plumber not any other person solved it. So, try to contact with plumber that check it where is problems in bath

No, I normally don't bother filling them with water, unless a steel or cast iron bath.
Plastic baths if properly supported with batons of wood screwed to walls, will not move.
If normal plastic baths haven't been supported, they will move anyway, doesn't matter if bath was filled with water, or not. Although if you glue them well to wall with silicone it can be unmovable
