Are there any rules regarding removing a TMV on bath taps fitted to a new build or is it a case of do it at your own risk......reason I ask is a guy I know his daughter has just moved into a new build house and is not happy with the bath temp thought I'd put it up here for debate...regards Turnpin

i would do as customer request until a new unit to replace faulty one has been sourced.
its on new build regs to sell house isnt it?
