Can you give as many reasons as possible why a sealed Heating system might collect air/gases?

If it is one answer each, then I will start with an autovent fitted incorrectly in wrong position on pipework causing the pump to draw in air

How about knackered expansion vessel or under pressured expansion vessel causing expansion of water to be discharged through pressure relief valve and air dragged into system via automatic air vent on cooling down.
