Shower thermostatic valve replacement

I have a concealed shower thermostatic valve installed in my shower with a single outlet . I would like to replace it with a more traditional design to compliment the other fittings in my bathroom but do not want to do any retiling in the shower. I would like to know if it's possible to achieve this without having to remove any of the surrounding tiles.

Hi Greame
not that i have fitted 100's but i have never came across one that has not needed some remedial tile work after. some wont come out that easy due to thought less tiling or new ones are bigger than hole supplied. tooling the joints is also another problem to encounter!
you can always trim off with chrome cover plates though that look rather smart, or have a stainless bespoke one made to suit.
