Hi
I have an Aqualisa axis thermal with 4 jets
the cartridge was broken.faulty because it was either boiling hot or luke warm or freezing etc.
cartridge replacement was easy. 4 screws , only one way to fit. hot o-ring fits on shaft of cartridge.
as soon as i turn on the water , pump starts and water pours out. If I turn off the pump there's is a constant heavy drip.
I took the cartridge back as i expected some internal seal was faulty but the new one is the same.
If I actually use the shower it works perfectly and the cold to hot temp is perfect and smooth. the jets also work perfectly.
So I am stumped and it's impossible to find anyone round here at the moment to help.
to add the hot water feet to and from the pump is fully open and no drip. have to just turn off the cold feed to the pump and switch off the pump to stop the drip.
There is a tap between the pump and the shower BTW. turning that on , reduces the leak a bit. All the pipe work is hidden post pump.
