It is not a leaking undergrund drain as there are none in the area, unless they are on the neighbour's property. He will not allow access to check. He is antisocial.
We got the waterboard in. They checked the water. They said it is not tap water. They also said it is not rain water, but now wont verify if that is the case now. There are no mains leaks.
It has not happened in 40 years, so the most probable thing is a malicious act or a leak they will not do anything about. We saw him remove piping on the day of the waterboard man's visit, so is most probably malicious.
We need a drainage solution. It will be the simplest solution in the long run. We spent 4 months trying to get the neighbour to do something, but they wont. We built a temporary sump with a pump, so now need a permanent solution.
