Hi there I have just bought my 1st home
My waste manhole is just outside my boundary
It only serves my house who is responsible for the maintenance

hi,
if it only serves your home & its on your property its your responsibility until it reaches shared or public sewers or extends past your boundary.
be very careful where you believe your boundary to be though. i have lived at my present home for 30 years and just recently found my boundary fence 3 feet into next doors garden behind a wall!
