Help! Danfloss BPT pump

Like a twit I let my heating oil run out. Went to bleed the pump and the 'P' pressure gauge will not budge! I'm not weak and turning lefty loosey :D .

Any ideas what would make it sieze shut?

Turn it more till it goes. Wont be seized. Need a decent 4mm Allen key though.
