How do you add inhibitor into a sealed system like a combi boiler?

using a funnel or through the filling loop?

I made up something to put inhibitor in using a washing machine spigot out a trap which gave me the funnel, at the other end its 3/4" BSP, so I screed FIT adapt or with 22x15 reducer , a bend and a compression st coupling, remove rad LPG screw in st coupling, fit made up piece and pour it in, have a pic somewhere will see if I can find it

Dump the pressure BEFORE you put the inhibitor in.

that's what I've got. adapted it with a 1/2" male iron to 15mm comp going onto a bit of 15mm going into a pushfit straight so it can be turned in to the rad tapping.

As above made a dosing tank out of pressure sprayer.. Or just use screwfix bottle adaptor screws into rad 1/2 and screw bottle to it £3

You can get inhibitor in pressurised aerosols which cn squirt into filling loop. Ive a pile of sentinel in the garage

i normally drain a bit off the rad if its got 1/2 cores, remove Both ends wind a bent fi in and the bottom half of an aav. then pour away. reason i remove both ends is it bubbles all over the shop otherwise.

yes easiest one to add it through just need a funnel

1/2'' flexi tap connector, tap end onto 15mm compression elbow, short length of copper into pushfit tap connector.
The spare end of the flexi goes in the bleed or plug hole of rad, the pushfit tap conn is your funnel.
