Hi guys,
Ok so I've got a biasi advance 25c combi boiler. The issue is that no hot water but central heating works fine. When I turn the hot tap on I get a very slight temperature rise for few seconds then stone cold. Replaced temp sensor, cleaned out heat exchanger, replaced diverter valve, diverter valve actuator seems ok, not sure where to go now? No fault codes at present but do get ER25 every now and then but that's the flame detection sensor which would effect the central heating too im assuming if it was that that was at fault, but currently no fault codes. Same thing happened about 6 weeks ago, I turned the boiler off at the mains and went away for the weekend came back and it worked fine! Scratching my head!
