I have a pumped shower with a concealed valve. I have taken the plate off the front but I can’t find a make or part number. It is a two way valve with the thermostat at the bottom. I suspect it is limescaled up stopping the cold from coming through as it is only hot water arriving. I cannot get the cartridge out of the bottom valve. I suspect it has to be unscrewed but I can’t work it out. Can any one help? Or does anyone recognise the make at all? It came from The Bathroom Store which has gone bust

Hmm, as a master of fixing rather than replacing, i think you will have problems identifying finding the parts and dissasembling without damage to the body or rupturing pipe work tbh!
even if you manage it the parts will be expensive as all that will remain is the brass body.
i wouldnt waste time on this and source a new option in this case.

it may be a trevi or ideal but cant id it without the front plate and knobs attatched.
normally the shower doctor.com if anyone will stock the parts.
good luck.
